About our panellists
Francesca Wah, Founder of Bringing Love to Every Soul (BLESS)
Francesca is a passionate individual with a heart for the community. A teacher by profession and a social worker by conviction, she founded Bringing Love to Every Single Soul (BLESS), a Non-Profit Organisation that actively engages the community with an aim to enrich and empower the lives of young children from multi-stressed families. She has initiated several efforts to coordinate the community-giving efforts and reignite the kampong spirit.
Anna Salaman, Executive Director of Playeum
Anna is an active champion for creativity in the lives of children and joined Playeum as Executive Director in July 2015. With an extensive background in arts and cultural programming, she has presented at conferences in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Belgium and the UK. She has put her passion into practice at ArtScience Museum (Singapore), the Victoria & Albert Museum (UK) and the Discover Story Centre (UK).
Suraj Upadhiah, CEO and Co-Founder of Air Amber
Suraj is passionate about building uplifting relationships between people and communities that inspire positive action. His passion and work over the last 10 years have seen him working with children from hill tribe communities in Northen Thailand developing on an education paradigm (Tutoria Relacion), developing with his team the historical landmark Butterfly Book series that engaged the prison children in Nepal; and leading numerous initiatives that sought to use the power of arts and sports in the rehabilitation of child trafficking victims in South-East Asia.

Ruo-Mei Chua is Founder and Chief Impact Officer of SUTW Impact Consulting, a training consultancy that works closely with universities and corporations to develop young millennial adults from 18 to 35. Key topics include Brand Storytelling, Startup & Corporate Pitching, and Values-Driven Vision Design. A linguistic dork by nature, Ruo Mei has lived and worked in four countries, and speaks four main languages- English, Mandarin, Japanese and Spanish. An accomplished speaker and host, Ruo Mei has moderated events for CapitaLand, National Geographic, Singtel Group, and Channel NewsAsia and interviewed guests from ministers, to presidents and CEOs.
Hack for Good is a marketplace for youths with ideas for social good. Hack for Good Festival serves as a platform for youths to develop into volunteers with the heart, knowledge and skills. Youths will be inspired to serve, gain insights and get equipped to do good better and create more impactful change in the community.
